This application collects limited data to provide its services and prevent fraud.

Automatic Registration

When you first launch the application, a unique identifier is automatically generated on our server. This identifier:

  • Is randomly generated and not linked to your device or personal information
  • Allows us to recognize you across app restarts
  • Enables access to certain features that require user identification

Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we collect:

  • Your Apple user ID
  • Your name (if provided)
  • Your email address (if provided)

This information is used to link your account and enable personalized features.

Technical Data

With each request, we send:

  • App version
  • Operating system version

This data may be used for analytics and improving the application.

Voice Recordings

The application offers speaking practice features. When you use these features, your voice recordings are sent to third-party AI and speech processing providers for speech-to-text conversion and pronunciation analysis. These recordings may also be stored by us for the following purposes:

  • Providing the speaking practice service (real-time speech-to-text conversion and feedback)
  • Monitoring and improving recording quality
  • Evaluating the performance of speech recognition models
  • Training and improving our own AI and machine learning models
  • Human review for quality assurance and service improvement

Voice recordings are not used to identify you. They are associated with your account identifier solely to enable the service and to fulfill deletion requests.

Your recordings may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

In-App Purchases

The application may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchase history is associated with your account to provide purchased features.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and AI speech processing providers) to operate our servers and provide application features. These providers may have access to your data solely to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Retention

Voice recordings, if stored, are retained for the purposes described above. Upon account deletion, stored recordings are deleted within 90 days.

If you have signed in with Apple, you can delete your account and all associated data (including any stored voice recordings) directly within the app.

For anonymous users (those who have not signed in), only a randomly generated identifier is stored, which contains no personal information and cannot be linked to you. To request deletion of associated data (including any stored voice recordings), anonymous users can sign in within the app, which links their existing data to their account, and then use the account deletion feature.
